The night before....
> we were all watching tv... me my mum and my dad.. we were laughing and making jokes on each other... I can't forget how i suddenly felt like i want to hug my dad that time. I don't know why, it just came into my mind... it was really weird and awkward. instead, i sat really close to him and placed my head on his shoulder. i did not know it was our last night with him. if only i knew, i would hug him and hold him tight like i never want to loose him. i love you dad... :(

Well, actually there's still more but this blog is not enough to describe how speacial my dad is for me. Right now while finishing this blog, my heart is really heavy and i'm teary - eyed as well. I really miss him and I love my dad so much. I don't want to think that... too bad he died without seeing me pursue my dreams, walking me in the isle, seeing his grand children, play and watch over them...but instead i know that he's happy now in a good place with my "ate" (who died when i'm just 6 years old). Now, that it's just me and my mom now, all we need to do is continue life, spend more time with each other, be more open with each other and be strong in facing new life's challenges without him, without my dad. it's been 2 months since my dad died, we've learned how to accept it and keep his memories in our hearts forever.
I love you and I miss Dad (fred bello -1954-2008)

Opo, eto yung ang mundo e gumagalaw lang sa libro at ballpen kung estudyante ka o kaya naman sa computer at files kung office staff ka. Yung tipong aalis ng bahay ng alas 6 o alas 7 ng umaga at uuwi ng bahay ng 6 hanggang alas 8 ng gabi [baligtad naman para sa mga nag tratrabaho sa call center]. Sabay tulog na. Kapag sabado masaya na sila sa tv, sa pagkain na niluluto ni mama at sa linggo naman sisimba at maghahanda na ng kelangan para sa lunes hanggang byernes. Pssssst.. pause for a while naman!

Ano naman ito?.. Eto yung ang buhay ay kay bestfriend o kaya kay special friend, na hindi masabi-sabi sa friendship nya sa loob ng kanilang mahabang panahon na pagsasama, dahil baka daw maapektuhan ang pakikipagkaibigan at iwasan sya.

MANILA, Philippines -- (UPDATE 5) The government has imposed a midnight-to-dawn curfew throughout Metro Manila and 12 surrounding provinces, an official said, after troops stormed an upscale hotel in Makati City Thursday, forcing the surrender of a band of renegade soldiers.
The curfew, which starts 12 midnight to 5 a.m. Friday, will also be enforced in the Central Luzon provinces of Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales and the Calabarzon provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon, Interior Secretary Ronaldo Puno told reporters.
"Depending on the security situation it may not be necessary to impose it for a second day, but we will have to wait and see," he said, adding it would allow the authorities to conduct "follow-up" security operations.
"There may still be threats that are out there and we would like to ensure in our follow-up operations that these threats will be addressed," he said in a news briefing in Malacañang.
Puno did not specify what these other threats were but said the renegade soldiers had apparently been joined at the Manila Peninsula hotel by armed sympathizers, suspected to be former military men.
"We are doing this to protect the citizenry. This is not martial law," Philippine National Police Chief Avelino Razon told INQUIRER.net in a phone interview.
Razon, who was directed to issue the guidelines, said the curfew would hopefully be implemented for just a day.
Puno appealed to the public to "bear with the inconvenience" brought about by the declaration of the curfew.
"We would encourage everyone to cooperate with the rules and guidelines relative to this curfew," he said.
This curfew was "a necessary inconvenience that we must undergo to ensure the return to peace and order is permanent," said Puno, adding that checkpoints would be set up in the areas covered by the curfew.
"Police authorities want to ensure that Manila is safe and sound," he said.
He said that those forced to venture out during the curfew period for emergencies must have identification and be able to provide a reasonable explanation for being on the street.
The imposition of the curfew was a consensus within the Cabinet security cluster, Puno said.
He stressed its imposition was a "police matter" and "a law enforcement issue," saying even villages can impose it.
National Security Adviser Norberto Gonzales said the curfew was "part of the police power of the state, a constitutional authority."
Because of the scope of the curfew, which will include three regions, Gonzales said its imposition required the authority of the President."
The siege began when Navy Lieutenant Antonio Trillanes and Brigadier General Danilo Lim walked out of a court hearing into a 2003 mutiny against President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and occupied the nearby five-star Peninsula Hotel.
Puno said that during their march to the hotel, civilians joined the group, who switched to military fatigues and brought out firearms.
Trillanes and several other Magdalo officers are on trial for their role in the failed July 2003 mutiny during which they took over the Oakwood apartment hotel in Makati’s Glorietta shopping complex and demanded the resignation of the President.
The curfew guidelines follow:
General Rule: The curfew shall cover all persons residing, visiting, working or traveling to and from NCR, Region 3 and Region 4A.
Exceptions: The following are exempted but must establish identity thru ID cards:
1. Those who are transporting goods and services;
2. Passengers of airlines whether domestic and/or international taking late or early flights;
3. Emergency cases;
4. Drivers of public utility vehicles like taxis, buses, and jeepneys;
5. Doctors and other medical/health care practitioners who are on actual duty;
6. PNP and AFP personnel in actual performance of duties;
7. Emergency responders such as firemen, paramedics, etc.;
8. Nightshift workers such as those in call centers;
9. Legitimate media people;
10. Provincial bus passengers and commuters coming to the said areas; and,
11. Members of the diplomatic corps
Disposition of Violators
1. Violators shall be brought to the nearest police station/district for booking/ processing.
2. Violators shall be released only after 5 a.m. unless they are under investigation for other offenses.
3. They shall be made to undergo medical examination prior to release unless waived by them in writing.
Mechanics/ General Guidelines
1. Checkpoints shall be established in all entry/ exit points of provinces, towns, and cities of above-mentioned areas.
2. The rights of every citizen except for free travel shall be religiously observed.
3. Permit to carry firearms outside the residence is suspended for the duration of the curfew.
4. The conduct of searches, seizures, and arrests in checkpoints shall be done with civility and courtesy with due respect to innocent passersby, commuters, or bystanders.
5. Checkpoints shall exhibit legible and clear signs and must be established in properly lighted areas to show transparency in the conduct of searches.
6. Enforcement officers manning the checkpoints shall be in proper uniform at all times with the identification cards and nameplates on.
7. Personnel manning checkpoints shall always be led by an officer with the rank of police inspector at least.
8. Checkpoint personnel shall not mulct, extort, or harass drivers, passengers, traders, etc.
Police commanders/ directors shall explain to their police personnel the proper implementation of the curfew and conduct of checkpoint.

october 31, 2007 with my friend franco (the cool drummer boy), lars (my rockstar boss hahaha), noel (the "boyfriend) and me (the red devil chiq >;P) Are we gonna be trick or treating or whut??? :::::::::::::::::::::::::::nope::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: hehehe... just helpin my boss look for a place for his drumset and a jam studio too! so first stop! ... starbux ATC (the meeting place) good thing we're not caught up with the annoying traffic jam! sandy and her cuz was there to heheheh... we left there 'round 8?-830? next stop, heart fire studios! DANG! what a cozy and nice place to make tambay!!! cool equips and cool rooms! I swear the place is reall nice! really really nice.... heheheh yun nga lang bawal mga illegal stuffs....only if you don't share it! hahahah :D Miguel (the owner) was really nice! pahiya nga ko, i was wearing my green contax e sa kanya it was really real....hehehe :D anyway all I can say is.... noel, i really have to say this... hehehe :D Miguel was really hot. he's like a down to earth rockstar! coolness at hotness??? huh? anu b tlga? hay, he's nice talaga kaya dagdag points din. anyway, after that we went straight to noel's house kase it's near nman eh...while waiting for the food, we decided to check out the house along their street (the creepy house with lots of stories) nagbabakasakali na for rent... anyway, standing infront of the house, too bad me nakatira na pero creepy pa din...then we went back to noel's place to eat... instant dinner and visit tuloy boss ko kela noel...hehehehe :D chit chatz forever chuva with metal stuffs and anything interesting flicks... then after that we went back to the studio to meet lars' friend (the kuya) well, he's tall and mjo scary un face para xe super serious na kala m papatay ng tao.... heheheh joke lang... tas aun... we checked out the place again and aun umuwi n ko badtrip! kainis! sobrang bitin! anyway i dunno what happened with franco and the rest maybe naginuman cila...xe lars really likes to drink that night... too bad di na kami nkasama.. but rili, i enjoyed the whole night! <SHARE KO LANG> hehehehe ^_^,lml
